Costa Rica Sport Fishing
Tropical paradise offering incredible Marlin, Sailfish, and Dorado fishing opportunities.

Fishing in Costa Rica
In Costa Rica this year my clients caught many Sailfish and large Yellowfin Tuna. My last group caught six Blue Marlin, and had a Black Marlin steal two baits, but never got hooked. My hosted 2026 annual group trips are scheduled for January 30th - February 4th and February 16th - 21st.
Targeted Sport Fishing Species in Costa Rica
Offshore Species on the Pacific side: Sailfish, Dorado, Marlin, and Yellowfin Tuna.
Inshore species: Roosterfish, various Snappers, Snook, Needlefish, and more.
Enquire about FAD and Seamount trips, with two or three night stays far offshore for incredible Blue Marlin fishing.
Atlantic Side: Tarpon, Gapoute (Rainbow bass), and Snook.
